The Favorites feature lets you quickly access files you use regularly, directly from your homepage or the Outmind menu.

📌 Add a File to Favorites

To mark a file as a favorite:

  • Right-click on the file from the search results or the document list.

  • Select “Add to Favorites.”

  • A small yellow star ⭐ will appear next to the file, indicating it’s now a favorite.

👉 Important:
This feature only applies to files (PDFs, Word, Excel, etc.).
You cannot favorite pages, emails, Teams or Slack conversations, etc.

🗑️ Remove a File from Favorites

There are two easy ways to remove a file from your favorites:

  • Right-click:

    • Right-click the file in the list and choose “Remove from Favorites.”

  • One-click:

    • Click directly on the yellow star ⭐ next to the file — it will disappear, and the file will no longer be marked as a favorite.

📁 View My Favorites

You can quickly access your favorites from two places:

  • Your Outmind homepage, where they are clearly grouped.

  • The “Favorites” menu item in the left sidebar.

This way, you can instantly access your key documents and save time on recurring tasks.

💡 Usage Tip

Use Favorites to create quick access to your daily documents, so you don’t have to repeat the same searches over and over.

Make sure to regularly manage your Favorites to keep only the most relevant files.
