🎯 Goal

Looking for a specific piece of information (e.g., an amount, clause, date, technical reference…) in a long document like a contract, a CCTP, or a project presentation?

The page search feature in Outmind helps you:

  • Know exactly where to look within a document

  • Instantly see whether a page contains what you're searching for

  • Save valuable time during reviews or data extraction

🧠 How Does It Work?

Enter your keywords into the Outmind search bar
(e.g., “work schedule”, “public contract amount”, “termination conditions”).

Then click on the Pages tab in the search results.

You’ll see page-level snippets where your keywords appear — no matter how long the document is.

For each result, Outmind shows you:

  • The page number, displayed in blue (e.g., p. 7/53)

  • A preview of the page content, with the keyword highlighted

Click on a page to:

  • Open the document directly at the relevant page

  • Access the full source if you want to review the surrounding context

📌 Example

You’re looking for the project cost in a 53-page document.

  1. You search for “project cost”

  2. You click on the Pages tab

  3. A result shows 2/53 → This means the information is on page 2 of a 53-page document

  4. With one click, you’re taken straight to the right page

✅ Benefits

  • 📌 No more endless scrolling through long PDFs

  • ⏱️ Instant access to the right piece of information

  • 🧠 Reduced cognitive load — Outmind filters for you

  • 📚 Ideal for RFPs, audits, public procurement, complex projects, and more
