Account deletion cannot be performed directly by the user.
👤 What Should I Do If I Want to Delete My Account?
Contact your administrator (usually an IT manager or your company's Outmind point of contact).
Ask them to delete your account from the administration interface.
The administrator can complete the process in just a few clicks.
🔐 What Happens to My Data?
Once your account is deleted, your personal data is removed from Outmind’s environment.
However, the documents or content you had access to will not be deleted, as they remain stored in their original platforms (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint), in accordance with those tools’ own retention policies.
