Why do I see a crossed-out cloud next to a source?
The crossed-out cloud icon means that your source is disconnected, for example:
This can happen for several reasons:
you changed your password
the connection to the source has expired
the source was unexpectedly disconnected
When a source is disconnected, Outmind can no longer update the data coming from that source.
As a result, new documents added to the source will not be accessible in Outmind, and deleted documents will not be removed from the index.
However, documents that were already indexed remain accessible.
How do I reconnect a source?
Don’t worry — you just need to reconnect the source.
There are two ways to do this:
Click the three dots to the right of the source, then select Reconnect.
When opening Outmind, a window may automatically prompt you to reconnect your disconnected sources.
Once reconnected, the source will resume indexing new documents.
