3. Who sees my actions on the tags?

When you create, modify or delete a tag, it impacts everyone in your organization:

  • Everyone in your organization will be able to see the tags you have created.

  • When you delete a tag, it also deletes it for your entire organization.

  • When you modify a tag (e.g. name, color, tree structure, ...), it also changes it for all the people in your organization.

4. Modify a tag

To modify a tag, click on the 3 dots next to the label, in the left vertical menu, then on "Edit label".

Modify the name of the tag

Choose the new name of the taf and validate by clicking on "Edit label".

Modify the tag tree structure

Click on "Nest this new label in an existing label" then click on the desired label. To validate, click on "Edit label".

5. Delete a tag

Delete a tag from a document

To remove a tag from a document, click on the cross on the right of the tag. The tag will be deleted from the document.
