You have full control over the data synchronized on Outmind. If you wish to delete data that may have been collected via one of your sources, simply disconnect the associated connector. Then our systems will go through all the data that may have been saved and then there are two cases:
If you were the last person in your organisation to own that document, then it is instantly deleted. It disappears from the search indexes and no one can access it anymore via Outmind. Of course, it is still accessible in the source tool.
If other people in your organization still have access to this document, then only the property link that associated you to this document is removed. But all other people who own this information continue to have access to it in their search results.
