You have full control over the data synchronized with Outmind.
If you wish to delete data collected from one of your connected sources, simply remove the source from your account.
Once a source is removed, our systems automatically go through the data previously indexed. From there, two scenarios apply:
1. You were the last owner of the document in your organization
→ The document is immediately deleted from Outmind.
It is removed from the search index, and no one in your organization can access it through Outmind anymore.
Of course, the document remains available in the original tool (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.).
2. Other people in your organization still have access to the document
→ Only your ownership link to the document is removed.
Other users who still have access to the document can continue to find it in their own Outmind search results.
