Who can see my data once synchronized in Outmind?

Outmind respects the permissions and access rights defined in the source tools to collect the data. This means that whatever the type of document, Outmind will only show it in your search results if one of your synchronized connectors gives you access to it.

Only the search for people and internal experts works on a perimeter of documents extended at the organization level: a person will return as relevant on a query because one of its documents is relevant, whether you have access to it or not.

The privacy settings specific to People Search can be modified by the administrator by contacting Outmind.
