At Outmind, the confidentiality and security of your data are central to our concerns.

When you use features based on a language model (LLM) — such as the AI chat or answers generated from your documents — we ensure that your data remains protected and used responsibly.

🔐 A Contractually Framed Processing with Azure OpenAI

Outmind uses Azure OpenAI services to operate the functionalities based on an LLM.

We have established firm contractual commitments, legally binding for the provider, to ensure compliance with the following principles:

  • No training on your data

The data you transmit to Outmind — whether through chat, documents you query, or any other interaction — is not used to train or improve Azure OpenAI or OpenAI models.

  • Automatic data deletion

All data transmitted to the model (documents, excerpts, conversations, etc.) is deleted within a maximum of 30 days. No history is retained beyond this period.

  • Strictly limited use to the intended purposes

The processing carried out uses only the information strictly necessary to answer your query, and solely for the purpose of providing a useful response via the AI assistant.

🤖 What Features Does This Enable in Outmind?

The integration of the LLM allows Outmind to offer powerful new features, while remaining within a secure framework:

  • A conversational AI assistant
Access a chat interface that allows you to interact in natural language with Outmind. You can ask questions, request rewrites, summaries, etc.

  • Smart search within your documents
The LLM allows for advanced querying of your company’s document base.

  • Contextualized and precise answers
Thanks to AI, Outmind generates answers based solely on internal content you have access to, reformulated for greater clarity and relevance.
